South Africa President Jacob Zuma is currently addressing the 24th Socialist International congress in Cape Town. The theme for today is: The struggle for rights and freedom: Strengthening representative democracy and gaining new democracies in the world.
Yesterday, Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe officially opened the gathering.
